I remember that song! They used to show the video for it on Friday Night Videos, along with ZZ Top's "Legs"! Hee hee hee, gotta love the 80s!
Also, "Love Me Tomorrow".

The Chicago of the 80s is a whole other animal from the Chicago of the 70s.
