Those sound really good. I've found though, that before I mobed out, since I was eating so much starch and carb-rich foods for dinner (potatoes, pasta, bread), since that was mostly what was available at any given time (and wouldn't start a fight when eaten), that my body pretty much just packs that away when I eat it--I've had to cut out all my breads and spuds, for example, or my weight holds steady. It's also been an energy killer, so even with the 12-grain bread, I've had to give it up as a regular diet food.
I;ve gotten to the point where I crave water, rather than have to fight the 'but there's no taste, yuck!' reaction, so I consider that a very good thing. Tea and soda has gone back to being an occasional treat, which is really what it should be. ^^.
And I hear you on the bloat. :/ Sucks to be female sometimes.
Most of me is slimming down, although my gut seems to hang out more now...or maybe I'm just honestly seeing how big I really am when I relax my muscles. I think I'm going to start tummy crunches though, because the gut is getting annoying to look at *g*.
