Generally speaking...

It's none of my business. It's not anyone's business but your own.

Still.

Okay, you had gastric bypass surgery to lose weight. This means it was bad enough that you had to cut your body up and spend a month in the hospital in order to get healthy again.

And...it worked. And you looked great.

And then you started getting miserable, and the acne from bad nutrition happened, and you're gaining weight again.

Did it ever occur to you that maybe the reason why...is that Starbucks latte? Or the cookies? That ice cream, maybe? The handful of candycorn? The chips? Variations of all of this on any given day that we pass in the hallway?

Any of that? Maybe? Just a little?

Yeah, I know, like I said, none of my business. But when you get something major like that done, and then go back to some really shitty eating habits?

My head can't help but seek out a nice solid object and pound itself on said object a few (hundred) times. Or until there's blood. Which-ever comes last.

Please stop. You're a cool person. And this...is NOT good for you. And there is not other 'fix' for this at this point. :(
