If anything, I think it's reverse gentrification. Because, from the sound of it, the housing lots that are being snapped up are ones that the kind of people who qualify to recieve HFH houses couldn't dream of buying into normally. So it's kind of a levelling thing as far as classes go -- lower classes being given a solid shot at middle class locations and resources.

Personally, I have to say I approve. But then again, I would, wouldn't I? *Grin!*
