I think what my worry is, is that that's the intent--to give people a shot at 'reverse gentrification'--but then big business always manages to sqwawk and flail and screech about 'lowering the value' of this or that or the other and then we get into the court system and then somebody gets offered money under the table, and then...yeah. Next thing you know those folks are back out due to some new law or another...(or it becomes the new 'rich cool thing' to do somehow and suddenly it gets fucked from another angle...
