Pool hours are 10am-10pm. It's posted on the signs at the pool.

The problem is: huge influx of other tenents using it this year (which is not against the rules), usually from 4pm until it closes (sometimes past that), which is when I'm finally home from work. There's rarely more than a ten minute window where I'd have the pool to myself or only be sharing it with other adults who I won't run the risk of mowing over when I'm doing laps.

As for the maintenance, I really wouldn't be able to dictate as a resident what's 'necessary' maintenance, you know? And since we've had a rash of various water-bourne viruses and infections locally this year, although it's a pain in the ass, I'd rather they close it down after heavy use and chlorinate the hell out of it rather than catch something I don't want. I just wish they'd do it during the early moring hours when people are less likely to want to get in yet, and then open it back up before noon rather than wait until 3-4pm in the afternoon, when the parents get home and can bring the kids to the pool (because there *are* rules that say kids under 16 are not allowed in the pool area without an adult).
