If I'm being honest with myself, it wasn't so much stress eating as just not caring. I actually know all the things I need to do to get down to a healthy weight and then maintain it, but I let it get away from me and just went 'fuck it'. This time? The effort will actually be more in the vein of keeping myself from throwing in the towel again. Knowing what the right thing to do is the easy part; keeping myself doing it is where the real effort is going to be this time around.
