HDTV can make even Jon's vampire movie look good.

Dad is on his way home and I miss him already.

I have discovered I have a reluctance to consider anything other than friendships at the moment.

I like the rain, but the flooding is...um...yeah, bad.

Likewise loving the thunderstorms. I have missed them.

Um...yeah. Not much more to say. Except that I didn;t used to think Jon was one of the more handsome guys out there. When did that change?

Oh yeah, that's right--he preserves/ages well, that's why.

Er...yeah, he did, in 2002. See the icon? That's Derek (Jon),who is also my most-played LJ AU/RPG pup. *g*.

The movie is Vampires: Los Muertos.

It's a really bad flick though; be prepared.

OH!! Finally the light clicks on. I never really knew who this "Derek" was that you wrote about, except that he was an RPG character. Learn something new every day!

Yeah, after I dropped Shannon, I took a smal break and then picked up Derek after 1) Finding out about a multiversal RP that seemed t have less expectations of its players and 2) Watching the movie one slow afternoon. I was actually just going to play him as a lark for a bit to prove to myself I could still play without engaging in OOC dramah, and the character just wound up...sticking around. The 'Derek' I play has been around for two years now, although he's a bit altered due to being someplace 'where all realities meet'. Still he's fun to play, and I've gotten some great fun out of him.
