Health Diary (Complete for the day)
Just for my own records, although you're all welcome to look.
Breakfast:
1 cup of Kashi GoLean! Crunch w/one third to one-half skim milk to fill the spaces in between.
10oz glass of V8.
(also counts as 'morning snack') 32 total oz. of coffee (two 16oz mugs), flavored with approx 3oz of Raspberry White chocolate creamer each time.
Lunch:
Six slices of extra thin, extra lean, extra rare roast beef deli meat.
Eight slices of extra thin hard salami.
One banana.
One 'red delicious' apple
1 three-square pack of Keebler Honey Graham crackers.
Three-and-a-half 16 oz. mugs of water.
Afternoon Snack (Via monthly employee appreciation group event) of One Blue Bunnie Health Smart Vanilla Fudge Bar.
Second afternoon Snack
ONe cup of Pace Picante and 25 Old mission tortilla chip strips.
Four more 16oz glasses of water (throughout the night)
Dinner
(Half assed)
Three slices of the roast beef (was too busy doing the other bookshelf to really think about being hungry)
Two pieces of Hersey's Cacao reserve chocolate.
10 Multigrain Wheat thin crackers.
ETA as the day goes on. Done!
