Health Diary
Oops, was bad yesterday and did not post. My bad.
Two notes:
1) Making coffee with filtered water tastes a lot smoother than tap water coffee. No joke. *g* Also, much better than getting your daily dose of lead and Other Stuff You Don't Want To Drink with your caffiene. In case anyone is wondering, I use a Pur tap-mounted filter system. Takes up less room than a filter-pitcher or a full-blown water cooler set-up (and less likely to leak and make a mess). And yes, I kept the sink parts to put back on once I move out, so I don't get charged for destroying apartment property. Got a little cup of stuff, actually. ^^.
2) I've switched out my yogurt. Realized that the light has aspartamine (or however you spell it--you know, it's that thar artifical sweetener thingy) as one of the ingredients, and between reading over the years that it both mucks with braincells and apparently also causes your body to turn it into formaldahyde in the system...I don't need it, thanks. I mean, yeah, everyone wants to stay 'well-preserved' as they get older, but I don't think that's the way to go about it. 70 more calories w/ 5 calories of good old fashioned non-trans diary fat (vs. 100 calories and no fat colories), isn't going to kill me.
Anyhow, today is double posted since I missed yesterday.

Mistake number one, as far as dieting does and don'ts go, I didn't eat breakfast (not eating makes your body think it's starving). I did have coffee though...
4 8oz mugs of coffee w/chocolate raspberry creamer
45 minute brisk walk across the street to check out the stores, ask the cleaners about cleaning my leather jacket, etc.
(br)Lunch
1 cup GoLean! Crunch, 1/2 cup slim milk, 3/4 cup blueberries (last of the batch and they were getting old)
2 16oz glasses of water
Afternoon something or other
6 Ready-made Sushi rolls (Rice, assorted veggies, fish, and sour cream)
2 16oz glasses of water
Dinnner
8oz steak (forgot the cut type--boneless but looks similar to the part from a t-bone), 1/2 cup mushrooms, grilled. Got the steak just right this time. As in cooked outside but nice and pink and tender inside. Yum.
Note: A four-hour soak of soy sauce, worstershire sauce and seasoned meat tenderizer makes for good flavor.

2 squares of cacoa chocolate
Handful of tortilla chips

1 cup of YoPlait (Original) mixed berries
1 8oz glass of water
4 8oz mugs of coffee and raspberry chocolate creamer
one hour freestyle swim, non-stop
1 16oz glass of water
1 cup of salsa, 30 tortilla chips
3 16oz glasses of water
2 squares of cacoa chocolate
2 16oz glasses of water
Dinner
1 cup of split pea soup with spinach added
20 more chips
2 16oz glasses of water
