Good Old Owens and Minor.
So they lost half my order Friday, right? But agreed to send it with today's order.
And of course, that means when I get here?
Nothing is on the dock. Not the missing order, not today's order, nothing.
Nada, ziltch, and zip.
The good news?
At least they know where it actually got dropped off this time around. So...I should see it about, oh, eleven.

Oh, and as an added bonus (although this is more laughable than upsetting)
Our McKesson driver (a new one with a crappy temper) just managed to back his truck into the dock so hard that he got one of his little bumper guards stuck in between two of the dock bumper guards. He's caught on one little bolt that he can't manuver around. Engineering is trying to see if they can cut him loose.
(And now...)
Nope, they couldn't so it's plan b, which involves, basically, him going forward until he half rips the bumper assembly loose to get free.
Just a hint, drivers, but generally speaking? If you've hit the dock hard enough that I feel it in my office when you back up? You're doing it wrong.
Man, talk about a shaky start to my day. I'm going to assume it can only get better.
