Anyhow, since some folks seem to like seeing this, here we go.

Weigh In: 206 (WTF? Must be monthly time...:( )

1 16oz mug of coffee with creamer

1 8oz cup of V8
1 cup GoLean! Crunch with half a cup of blueberries and half a cup of skim milk

2 16 oz mugs of water

1 cup of split pea soup with spinach
1 red delicious apple

3 16 oz mugs of water

One hour combination freestyle and under water swimming

1 Weight Watchers Giant Berry and Sorbet frozen bar

Spinach Omlette made easy:
3/4 cup frozen spinach sautee'd in capfull of extra virgin olive oil until coated and warm
Mixed in three eggs seasoned with onion salt and black pepper to taste. Cooked to desired moisture level.

1 Summer White peach

1 16oz glasses of water

Try celery salt with your eggs n' spinach sometime too, it's v. nice.

I'll give it a shot sometime--I'll have to go buy some first though (Makes note to add it to the end of the week shopping list).

I would have stuck mushrooms in as well, but, alas, I was without 'shroom. Woe.
