It's 1:30 now and still only 34 degrees. Brrrrr. You'd think I was back in Jersey or something (In which case, where the fuck is my snow? Huh? HUH?!)

Thirty four degrees? Yea, thats typical, in fact that's a little warm compared to what we've had this winter. *evil northerly mun grin*
But seriously, you can go out with wet hair, honest; but a hat - something that covers the ears should also be used. Keeps the frostbite away.

That is true. It's not natural for Texas. Hell, I remember cookouts on Ft Hood over Christmas, and being in Oklahoma with shorts on and pruning my roses in mid-Feb!
