I'll leave AIM on tonight; just pop on and let me know when you need help. Leon and I aren't logging on our mains because it's our anniversary and we don't feel like dealing with the wank and drama, but helping you is always fun :)
Ok. :) and TY. I get off work around 2pm....when should I AIM you? (I'll kill dinos or something until you're free).
I'm fun to watch go splat, at least! *g*
Hee...I've gotten better about 1) Not getting snuck up on. 2) Actually using my ranged weapons and spells somewhat correctly. 3) Keeping Elder under control when in a group setting. Of course, I'll probably make every mistake in the book tonight, just because I said that. :D
...I've almost reached exhaulted with UC, Org, and the trolls, BTW. Maybe I can get a wolf soon rather than my Choco-chicken...although he's been growing on me. ^^
Oh! question for you--the windriders (That is what they're called, right? The scorp-lions?) You get those as mounts in Outland, right? Can they do ground duty in Oldworld (I know they can't fly), like some flyers can (like the special ravenlord mount?)? Or are they simply inaccessible?
Because, yes, I so would be riding one of those around in Org, even if all he could do was run on the ground. *g*
1) Windriders are flying mounts, and sadly, you can't use them for ground mounts in Vanilla WOW areas. Though you can use them for ground mounts in Northrend and Outland...but why would you want to except maybe to keep up with a friend who does not have flight?
The Raven Lord mount is just a ground mount. Too bad because it would be an awesome flying mount.
2) Back when grinding rep was hard, I ground up a purple chicken for my troll shaman. She looks awesome on it. :D
I'm gonna take a bit of a nap now, I'll log on AIM at around 4ish EST if I'm up by then.

Er. I reread this and it sounded overly snarky. Didn't mean to be rude. :) It's just that the ground animations for the flying mounts look pretty silly and why run when you can fly? :D
As for why (although I agree--if I could fly, I'd just fly), well, you should know that by now.
'For the Horde Kitties!'.
XD.
I'll keep an eye out for you then...I'll likely sign on WoW about a half an hour before your scheduled wake-up, but I'll pop in and out of the game to look at the AIM screen. :)
