but why would you want to except maybe to keep up with a friend who does not have flight?

Er. I reread this and it sounded overly snarky. Didn't mean to be rude. :) It's just that the ground animations for the flying mounts look pretty silly and why run when you can fly? :D

As for why (although I agree--if I could fly, I'd just fly), well, you should know that by now.

I'll keep an eye out for you then...I'll likely sign on WoW about a half an hour before your scheduled wake-up, but I'll pop in and out of the game to look at the AIM screen. :)
