Good news, though? Verizon is fed up. Grande told them my phone should be working and it isn't.

So the Verizon tech is going to come out and fix it himself, ownership be damned.

That is, once I get hold of him, since he apparently called right after my cell phone battery died yesterday and his phone mail-box has been full ever since. :(

Anyhow, if anyone knows who the god/dess and/or patron saints of phone connectivity are, please send up a prayer that I get hold of this guy today and he can come fix my phone.

Okay, okay, so it's been awhile and I forgot (what's sad is that I RP with someone who plays Hermes. You'd think I'd remember, or something...).

Yeah, I have to call him anyway to set up a time he can meet me at the apartment anyway, so as soon as he either clears his phone mailbox, or I get him in person, we should be good to go.

I second that. Why NOT pray to a fictional deity to assist in getting back on line so that you can continue rp'ing, perhaps even with that fictional deity? (Takhys would laugh her butt off though)

I say go for it, can't hurt. And I'll cross my fingers here for you, and pray to real or imagined powers that be to help in this endeavor. Ok? *grin*
