Health Diary (Complete)
Weight: 209 (Weighed in after I started eating breakfast. Oops. Also--monthly. Ew.)
Breakfast
1 cup of GoLean! cereal
1/2 cup of skim milk
10 oz of V8
2 16 oz mugs of coffee and creamer (13oz coffee, 3oz creamer)
3 16 oz mugs of water
Lunch
1 cup homemade navy bean soup (dried navy beans, baby carrots, onions, diced ham, salt, pepper)
1 banana
1 orange
3 16 oz mugs of water
******One and a half hours swimming (3:30-5 Heh. And yes, I was in the pool the whole time)****
3 16 oz glass of water
1 'Granny' apple
8 slices thin-sliced hard salami.
1 cup each steamed brocoli and cauliflower. Garlic salt and 1.5 teaspoons butter for flavoring.
2 squares of Hersey's Cacao Reserve chocolate
1/2 cup salted peanuts
