My body, I do not understand it...
So, yeah. Last week was the week of pizza, salsa and chips, weird sleep patterns and exercise that was far less intensive than usual (typically 30-40 mins verses the usual 45 to an hour-and-a-half, and slow to boot). I should have either stayed the same weight or (more likely) gained some back, right?
Uh...no, actually.
I'm down to 196. Somehow, I lost three pounds. O.o
I don't get it. Mind you, I'm not going to complain, but I just don't get it...

Well, I can look at it this way; Thanks to the weirdness, I'm now just slightly over halfway to my next mini-goal (getting under 190)
