And I think it's gonna turn out great.

Recipe

You need:

1 large tomato
1 cucumber
1 small onion
1 teaspoon extra virginolive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Black Pepper to taste.

A bowl large enough to mix in and store in the fridge.

You Do:

Dice the veggies.
Put them in the bowl with the pepper, oil and vinegar.
Mix.
Check taste and add more pepper if you want.
Put the lid on.
Chill for an hour.
Eat.

Makes approx 5-8 cups.
