Commiting a cardinal sin, here...
Because I'm eating a Philly cheese steak sandwich without bread or cheese.
Whut? I want to make sure they got the meat right.

But can you actually call it a Philly Cheese steak sandwich if there's no cheese or sandwich? Isn't it more of a "Philly steak" at that point?

Although, it's not exactly Philly steak at this point either. XD
But they are a LOT closer than they were with the old cook making them. At least it's not seeded with red pepper and jalapenos and god knows what else.

Also wondering what kind of cheese they're using.

As for the missing parts...Well, it wasn't a hoogie sub, so that was right out (and it wasn't completely cooked, either).
And the 'cheese' was...white. But that's about all I could identify, because it wasn't even a complete slice of whatever it was (the guy ahead of me got the full sandwich). Other than being pretty sure it wasn't Swiss (no holes), I had no clue.
Also, the meat was cheap and greasy, and not in the good way. :P
