You know, the ones that have the swirly gate to get through, and the 'group' stone outside?

I have three tasks in Shadowfang Keep to do (they've been in my quest log for a month now). They are, as of last night, all in green (Which means I'm the correct level for them).

...Do I need friends for this, or can I go it alone? Also, once I cross the swirly, can I get back out? Or do I have to finish the instance first?

I wanna doooo eeeet, but I do not want to get stuck in there!

All the mobs in instances are elite, meaning they are TOUGH mofos. I only solo instances when I'm 10 levels or higher than the majority of the mobs. SFK runs about 19-26 or so.

But you can get out of an instance just by walking through the portal.

I'm halfway through level 31 on that toon, so I might give it a solo whirl just for shits and giggles, and see how far I get before I get smushed. *g* I just didn't want to go in and then get stuck there. That would have been, you know, embarassing. *g*

You want pals along for that ride, or, better yet, a lvl 70 to just run you through it. (This is where Bear Druids are super handy. A good one can tank the whole damn instance. At once. bigymchugelarge just uses his, runs through the ENTIRE thing, rounds up ALL the baddies, and kills them simultaneously. Shyeah.)

Soloing it, for a hunter anyways, would probably have to wait until lvl 40, and then the gear and rewards from it aren't any good for you. Boo to that! See about rounding up a group, or get a friend to run you.

Well, i know a few level 70s...XD.

Like I told Beth, I'll probably give it a solo whirl just to see how far I can get, and then will either go looking for a pug or leave it alone for a few more levels once ai get my silly butt handed to me. :)

Meanwhile, I'm prepping for a Nekked Draenei Run through Orgrimmar so I can get the achievements for fishing and the instance in Org.

This may end up being harder than some of the other instances, just for getting there.
