Yeah, see, that's just as bad, because then you get to listen to them scream for however many minutes they feel like screaming about it, in the interest of 'good customer service'. So, yeah, just as painful in its own way.
Well, the good news is that by the time it gets here, I'll definitely have everything else done and out of the way, since the last bit of 'everything else' just got here for processing and delivery.
The bad news? They still haven't even located my stuff yet as of 1:30 my time. And I'm supposed to be out of here by 2:30 if I don't want to go into overtime.
So I'll be feeling right about like Jon did in that icon of yours by the time this is done. :/
