Breakfast

1 8oz cup V8
1 cup GoLean cereal with 1/2 cup each skim milk and blueberries

2 16oz mug of coffee w/chocolate creamer

1 Orange of Doom (IE: Very Juicy and tried to drown me and my desk)

Lunch

1 cup of cabbage soup (recipe to follow)
1 red delicious apple

2 16oz mugs water.

Yearly Eye Exam!
Nothing wrong--my left eye's astigmatism actually improved enough that we're trying it without a toric lense for a week. :)


One hour swimming

1 piece of Herseys chocolate truffle

1 full snowcrab body and 16 shrimp with garlic and lemon butter.
