Well, I figured out why I'm pretty much not keeping up on the menu part, which is simply that during the week, my meals from breakfast through afternoon snack are pretty much the same, especially when I've gotten off my lazy duff on the weekends and have made a batch of soup for the following week's lunch.
On weekends it gets a little more varied, but posting the same 'coffee, cereal, fruit, water, soup, chips/yogurt' every day is kinda mind numbing. Not to mention that at work right now it's hard to keep up on it because we've just changed company hands and are once again short staffed, so everything is chaos and my computer interbutt time is relegated to short glances here and there when I need a breather...so I'm thinking that maybe I should just note dinners, exercise. special snacks/meals and water intake for the weekdays and save full daily reports for the weekend and holidays, at least for the moment.
What do you all think?
As for today, same old same old until I got home, with split pea soup as the lunch meal. Then:
Yoplait as a snack
20 chilled shrimp with 1/4 cup cocktail sauce for dinner
Total of 5 16oz glasses of water through the day.
