I got lazy in regards to cooking. When the sun goes down, I tend to settle in for the night, which means I'm far less inclined to go pitter around in the kitchen. So...I'm not eating quite right. Not badly--just not enough fish or veggies (those require cooking, you see), and little too much crackers and yogurt. Doesn't help that the chill in the air makes me want to curl under a blanket. It's a little hard to do that and jump on the trampoline at the same time.
Also--there's been a rash of crimes in the area where I live the past month--people getting held at gunpoint and cheery shit like that. So I'm a lot less inclined to go out and walk, too, since, you know, the sun starts setting shortly after I get home. And although usually I don't mind walking at night, I'm not exactly thrilled with the idea of tempting fate, either.
And...well...holiday time. Goof off time, right?
Anyhow...I need my 'umph' back. :/ I'm getting tired of seeing the low end of the 180's on the scale. I should be in the 170's by now.
