Personally, I agree with folks who say he needs a down-to-earth 'everyday' girl like Dorothea. Problem being is that he seems to go by type preference, which means she's usually blonde and beautiful and knows how to put on make-up really well...
But that doesn't necessarily make her, which-ever 'her' it is, a good match in the relationship department. Maybe since this one is mostly behind the scenes rather than up on stage, she'll be in better shape and not be crazy, drug ridden, or starving for media attention. One can hope. Because Richie needs some stability, sense and reality in his life.
(And just a note: I know there are perfectly sensible, wonderful, stable, mature people in modeling and acting and all that. Richie's skill at finding those people and keeping them, though? Not so great so far.)
