See, that's actually a concern of mine; how much any one person's presence could affect the rest of their playmates. I wouldn't want to be 'that guy' who's around for most of a gig, and then suddenly disappears for a month because of RL and leaves everyone else hanging. Or not be able to get on when everyone else does.
