I seem to just nibble on the weekends. Can you tell?



45 minutes swimming

1 banana
10oz skim milk

1 cup peanuts

1 cup blueberries

2 16oz glass of water

1 cup each of steamed broccoli and cauliflower, 1 teaspoon melted butter, lemon and salt.
1 large chicken breast fillet, grilled.
