Breakfast
1 cup GoLean! Crunch, w/ half-cup skim milk, and half a cup of fresh blueberries.
1 8oz cup of V8
2 16oz mug (13/3) of coffee with chocolate creamer.
Snack
1 Valencia orange
Lunch
5 16oz mugs of water (Thirsty!)
1 cup navy bean soup
3 16oz glasses of water
Dinner
Veggie Pepper Omlette (1/2 the serving)
Contains:
1/2 cup each of:
Orange bell pepper
Green bell pepper
Yellow bell pepper
Mushrooms
Frozen Spinach
Coated with 1 teaspoon extra virgin olice oil and sautee'd
3 med free-range brown eggs, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/6 teaspoon black pepper
Mix while waiting for veggies to saute. Add in, stir (if you don't, it'll stick to the pan) cook to desired moisture, serve. Makes approx 2 and 1/2 cups worth (so 1 and 1/4 serving size).

1 Yoplait blueberry light yogurt
5 strawberries
