So anyhow, same old same old...



Breakfast

1 cup GoLean Crunch, w 1/2 cup skim milk and 1/2 cup fresh blueberries.
1 8 oz cup V8

2 16oz coffee w/chocolate creamer (13/3)

2 16 oz mug water

Lunch

18 large shrimp, chilled (IE: defrosted from its frozen state). No condiments (still good)
1 large Australian Navel orange
1 'red delicious' apple (I always feel weird typing that. Like 'Yeah, okay, I already know it's both red and delicious. Got anything better for a proper name there, dudes?')

4 16oz mugs of water

Snack

1 YoPlait Strawberry lowfat yogurt

(Dammit, the pool is closed again. What's wrong with these people???)

45 minutes non-stop freestyle.

3 16oz glass of water

1 boiled freen range egg
1 ear of fresh corn with butter and garlic salt

1 cup of peanuts
1/2 cup of blueberries
Handful of dried papaya
