Whoo, another pound bites the dust!
Weigh in: 207 (one pound gone since Monday--Yay!)
Breakfast
1 cup Golean! Cereal, 1/2 cup skim milk and 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 8oz cup V8
1 16oz mug of coffee and chocolate creamer (13/3)
2 16oz mug of water
Lunch
4oz Orange Roughy fillet with lemon juice
1/2 cup grilled veggie mix (orange, green, yellow peppers, mushrooms, onions)
1/2 cup brown rice w/soy sauce
1 Australian Navel orange
1 Granny apple
3 16oz mug of water
Dinner
1 cup of grilled pepers, mushrooms and onions
1 4oz strip of...some sort of steak like thing, grilled.
2 16oz glasses of water
2 squares of chocolate
1 Yopliat strawberry light
10 Garden Veggie Wheat Thins
