Okay. So yesterday, the Owens and Minor toy truck takes a header into my V8.
Today, Owens and Minor misplaces one of my pallets 'somewhere else'.
The one that happens to have most of the stuff on it. Most of the tiny stuff that takes as long as three pallets of big stuff to process.
The one they can't find yet. Which means no ETA yet. And it's already 10.
On a day when I get a Medline delivery that will be at least another two-three pallets in the afternoon.
On a day where I actually need to leave early because I was over an hour on Wednesday getting all the extra stuff up because Owens wasn't delivering on Monday due to inventory. And we're not allowed overtime.
...
*cries*
*gets over it*
Ow?

Date: 2007-08-03 06:01 pm (UTC)I realize it's a whole different industry, but my pain today comes from people who don't realize that weekly newspapers only publish one day each week. You miss that deadline, it's gone for another week, sister.
You win the Big Pain Award, though.

Date: 2007-08-03 06:37 pm (UTC)Yeah, see, that's just as bad, because then you get to listen to them scream for however many minutes they feel like screaming about it, in the interest of 'good customer service'. So, yeah, just as painful in its own way.
Well, the good news is that by the time it gets here, I'll definitely have everything else done and out of the way, since the last bit of 'everything else' just got here for processing and delivery.
The bad news? They still haven't even located my stuff yet as of 1:30 my time. And I'm supposed to be out of here by 2:30 if I don't want to go into overtime.
So I'll be feeling right about like Jon did in that icon of yours by the time this is done. :/
