Breakfast
1 8oz mug of coffee w/creamer
1 banana
1 hour of swimming
1 YoPlait yogurt
1 8oz mugs of coffee w/creamer
Lunch
The other filet mignon round.
2 16oz glasses of water.
One hour of window shopping/walking
Snack
1 Weight watchers orange bar
2 16oz glasses of water
Dinner
Tray of eight piece 'sour cream' sushi rolls
2 8oz glasses of water
1/2 cup of tenderfoot chili (left over from the 'lunch pot' batch I made for this coming week)
2 8oz glasses of water
