It's BAAAAACK!



So, as already noted, I really didn't lose any weight this week--unless you count the four I gained from menstral bloating and then lost once that was over with again.
So

Weigh In: 199 (Bummer!)

Breakfast

1 cup Kashi 7 Whole Grain Honey puffs with 1/2 cup blueberries and 1/2 cup skim milk.

16 oz coffee with blueberry creamer (I've decided to go back to using my Starbucks 'coffee bottle' and limiting my caffiene intake to just that rather than making an 8-cup pot of coffee to drink from. Less caffiene and creamer, and more water intake that way).

Snack

1 Banana

3 16oz mugs of water

Lunch

1 cup split pea soup
1 red apple
1 large orange

3 16oz mugs of water

2 hours of wandering around Walmart as todays exercise (it was thundering outside so the pool was not an option)

Snack

2 16oz glasses of water

Weight Watchers Orange sorbet and icecream bar (I'm thinking of phasing these back out--they have artifical sweetners in them)
1 8oz glass of V8

Dinner

Omelete with bell (red, green, yellow) peppers, onions, mushrooms and 2 fresh. minced garlic cloves (Veggies sauteed first in 1 teaspoon of ext. virgin olive oil).

2 16oz glasses of water

Snack

10 Triscuit crackers

2 16oz glasses of water.

Well, good things:

My sixe 3X shirts are all way too big now--they fall off my shoulders easily.
I will have to trade my 42 inch bras in for the next size down...or maybe two sizes down.
My size 16-18 ankle length skirts are once again ankle-length rather than calf length
My upper arm flexibility has returned, almost to its highschool range.
My BP is consistently staying in the 114-118/65-70 range.
I'm moving twice as fast at work. :)
It takes a LOT longer to get out of breath.
I don't get charley horses at night any more.
My skin, except for a dry patch on one breast I've had off and on since HS, has cleared up completely and stayed that way.
Sitting no longer puts my hip joints asleep; laying down no longer does the same to my shoulders.
I am once more able to crack my own back, hips and neck.
My pee is consistantly clear or near clear except when I first wake up now.
And my shit floats (I've heard this is a good thing for some reason. God knows why though, because I don't).
