ETA: Fixed to proper termnology and had the realization that although the money timing is off, I'm looking at at least six hours of overtime on this next check since we switched to the new company, and they aren't denying us that, yet. So, depending on how much more (or less) my insurance payments are with them at the helm, I should have a hefty extra chunk of money coming my way. This is a good thing.
