Health diary

Between re-arranging the apartment a little, minor furniture shopping (a put together stand for my plants, because they were taking up too much living room space, and in order to get them into the bedroom where there's a LOT more sunlight duruing the day, I had to go verticle), and finally getting a sewing machine, I was kinda distracted for most of the day. Between shopping, putting the stand together, and unpacking the machine, and getting it set up and reading instructions...yeah. But at least now my plants are out of the way, but in a plant-healthy spot, and I can finally start learning how to alter my clothes so I'm not spending a hundred or so dollars every month just to make sure I still have stuff to wear to work (Since I have no social life, the street cloths are not as pressing, and I actually saved enough of my 'smaller' wardrobe from years gone by that it isn't quite an issue yet anyway).
I went and bought a scrubs pattern as well, to use for reference on the ones I already have. Tonight was the ripping out of old seams. Tomorrow we'll see how well I can line up the pattern to already-cut cloth, recut the damn things to my new size, and give this whole sewing thing a try.
Anyhow, so...

Known as 'boy did you ever suck at eating healthy today',
3 8oz cups of coffee and creamer (this week the creamer is 'vanilla-caramel fudge'. They were out of the chocolate one. :/)

1 8oz glass of V8
1 8oz glass of 100% Cranberry juice (holy shit is that stuff tart without the added sugar! O.o)
1 banana
3 hours shopping/walking
1 8oz cup of coffee and creamer
45 minute swim
10 triskets
1 cup of tenderfoot chili
1 Blackberry Weight Watchers Giant Sorbet and Ice Cream bar
1 16oz glasses of water
(Realizes she hasn't eaten anything else today and goes and grabs a handful of peanuts).
There will probably be 2-3 more glasses of water before bed (Thirsty now!)
