the whole 'we'll put you up til you get your own home' looks good on paper, but just going on the problems there were just getting folks into the FEMA trailers in the first place makes me very leary of any promises from the government, and I'd bet the people living in those trailers feel the same way in several cases.
Also, echoing the worries of whether or not there's enough affordable rental places for everyone. Oh, I;m sure if they dig, there's plenty of places to move into for everyone...the problem will lie more in whether or not the people can actually afford the places every month.
My guess would be that in many, many cases? The answer will be 'no'.
