The dumbest thought I ever had.

You know, I haven't had to process any penile extensions at work for a long time now...

Harness training for cats...

So, stage one of 'Foot Onna Harness' started tonight.

There was a little bit of resistance to getting it on. And of course the accusing, sulking crouch and stare cats initially get when you've put something on them that pushes their 'Do Not Want' button. But after a few moments, she relaxed and stretched out on the ground and let me pet her. She even let me adjust it and tried a few steps with it on.

We'll do that for a few days before graduating to harness+leash. And if she eventually decides she likes that, porch time will be next. :)

ETA: When I took it off her I let her sniff it and play with it for a few minutes. Figured that would help her feel less threatened whenever she saw it.
