Another day of lumpdom. But, I have cramps and am flooding (yes, yes, TMI), so I don't feel guilty at all about that.
I did eat less calories than usual though.
3x 8oz coffee with flavored creamer (150 cals)
Banana (95 cals)
YoPlait peach yogurt (170 cals)
2 16 oz glasses of water (0 cals)
2 turnips (steamed) (60 cals)
3 carrots (steamed) (81 cals)
1 cup turnip greens (20 cals--that's it? Yikes, and I went without the butter, too. Darn.)
10 Trisquits (200 cals)
1 16 oz glass of water (0 cals)
4 squares cacao chocolate (220 cals)
4 Tums (fpr both gas from the veggie lunch and for a little extra calcium) (20 cals)
6 Large strawberries (70 cals)
1 16oz glass of water (0 cals)
1/2 cup brown rice w/teaspoon butter (156 cals)
22 large shrimp (220 cals)
1 16oz glasses of water (0 cals)
Total Calorie Intake: 1,462
No exercise today.
