I'm an idiot. Forgot ALL about my JBJ backstage membership until about ten minutes ago.

I has tickets. And the seats I wanted. For a lot less, too.

..Still, the other deal STILL fucking sucks for people who don't have that. :/

Also, I know it's not him responding, but I still get a weird kick out of my confirmation email for the tickets coming from 'John Bongiovi's' email box. :)

...About 1/4 of what I was gonna end up paying through ticketmaster. So I guess my difficulty wasn't 'no, you can't go', but rather the universe going, 'Hey, Dipshit, why are you trying to pay THAT MUCH MORE when you have a freaking club membership, huh?'.

Also; this one is guaranteed to be set aside and saved and I get the ticket when I get there and present the paperwork from the conformation email to them with my ID.

Not bad for a $50 club membership, huh?

See, I'd sign up for the fan club but I don't think Bon Jovi are ever going to play Little Rock again. :( Last time was 1993 and I was busy getting married and moving across the country at the time. I'd still be screwed on this tour, membership or no membership.

Oh well. I've seen 'em three times. I guess that's my lifetime quota or something.

They have other cool things there, like merchandise you can't find other places now and again. And never say never. They avoided Dallas like the plague for a while and were only doing Houston/Austin for several years IIRC.

This will be the second concert EVAR! for me in my whole life.

The last one was for Queensryche's Operation: Mindcrime tour, and the only reason I got to see that one was because the person who'd invited me had had her date welch on her the day of the concert, and I was the only semi-friend around who liked metal (everyone else was goth rockers XD ).

If I remember my camera, I will! :)

Did I ever tell you about the moment Jon Bon Jovi became my seekrit boyfriend? It was in 1986, on the Slippery tour, and I was in the box seats on stage left, and at one point at the show they turned up the spotlights on the crowd so they could see all of us. Jon was going around the stage working the crowd and he came over to my box, and pointed at me, and smiled that huge fantastic electic smile of his. And I will love him forever and ever amen now.
