Well, like (most) everyone else, I really misbehaved diet wise last week, from a lot of sugary and/or fatty foods (spaghetti, stuffing, ice cream, potatoes with cheese and sour cream), to a minimum of exercise due to weather, a head cold that got into my eyes, not making it to classes (thanks to dealing with car after work), and having a bout of 'don't want to move from the warm blankies'.

Amazingly enough, I gained one whole pound.

Yep. That's it. Just one pound.

Not bad. :)
