I finally broke down and bought a scale yesterday--one of those fancy ones with the ability to save info for four people and tell you your BMI and water percentage in addition to your weight.

But that's not the really cool part.

The really cool part is that I can take all my clothes off and weigh just myself since it's not a public place and I don't have to worry about silly things like, say, oh, hidden security cameras or the nurse supervisior walking in on me.

I can also weigh myself again with the scrubs and shoes and underwear I have on when I weigh at work.

This has led me to find out this morning that

1) My work clothes weigh 2.5 pounds all on their own.

and 2) That I am 182 without the extra weight (184.5 with it). *g*

(which also means I am only 3 pounds away from my next mini goal, five if you want to make me sweat. *g*)
