I let myself have things like chocolate and get the occasional pint of light ice cream (Hagen Daas has some great flavors that don't depend on *ew, uck!* artificial sweetners.) And I'm a fruit fiend now, which pretty much kills whatever sweet tooth the chocolate can't handle.
Figure little treats are better than not having any and then getting that 'OMG GOTTA EAT IT NOW OR I'LL DIE!' thing going on. :)

I said I'd join him to help with that 'healthy living, getting in shape thing. And actually, since he's allergic to cow proteins? It'll prob be good for him. I just... I don't wanna give up ice cream! *whimper*
...Not that I've had any for the past few weeks, it's just the idea.
