I’ll keep it short, because I’m sure you’re already flooded with this.

Those comments about ‘lynching’ ‘militant black women’…should have never made it onto the air. You are fools, idiots, racist and prejudiced if you believe otherwise.

What she said wasn’t even inflammatory. I’ve heard many, many white males say the same damn thing over the years in their own campaigns. Why is her saying it any different? Why should it be allowed to be indicated that there’s any other reason than the same ones the white boys had for saying such things?

You owe her and her family an apology. You need to keep your rabid ‘good old boys in check’, and you need to rethink your policy and quite probably your attitudes.
