I HATE the time change. And I HATE IT MORE this spring, because it's 6:05 am now and it's gonna be dark till well past 7 am. WTF? How does this save any energy? We're still going around with every light in the house on! AND, because it's not even the vernal equinox yet, it's STILL gonna get dark early. Congress cannot legislate against nature and physics. No matter how much they wish they could.
They need to get rid of it altogether, really. The original reason, which had to do with farm kids being able to make it to school on time during harvest season, is long gone.
AZ is even more mucked up with all of this though. In ways that can't be explained unless you live there. Hell, I lived there for twelve years, and can't remember what exactly we do there, but that ut's weird and made no sense, but...worked somehow anyway. I think we only adjust our clocks once a year...or something. I can't even remember.
It makes my head hurt even mentioning it, nevermind trying to think about it.
