So if you're feeling like you just got 'mommied', here's why:
You know, and have known that you're supposed to take your pallets with you when you're done with the kitchen. Why? Because those blue spray painted, heavy bastards, with 'property of' in white all over them are not exactly attractive as pick-ups by drivers of other companies or pallet hunters looking to make a few bucks since, you know, they can't really use them.
Yeah, there may be other Sysco drivers that drop off here, but you're the one I ran into this morning, and the first one that's been here late enough in the morning for me to catch, so you're the one who gets asked about it. Thems the breaks. Either work faster, or deal.
'But these are not all mine!' is not a valid excuse. Nope, sorry. I wouldn't take that from my own kids if I had them; I'm certainly not taking that from a grown man who is just possibly older than me, if even by only a few years. In fact, this is exactly why you got mommied. I get not enough room in the truck. I understand 'in a rush, be back later' (as long as you really are back later for them). But 'it's not my fault!'?

And by the way, puffing your chest out and scowling at me? Won't do a damn thing. I've been here for nine years, and you know it. If the usual male scare tactics haven't worked by now to shut me up, why do you think your little display would be the magic number that would?
Yeah, exactly. My 'private bulges' may be in the wrong spot for your liking, boyo, but I can still beat you up. Don't even try it. Don't even pretend that you're going to try it. You're wasting your time.
I will give you credit though for taking a few of the pallets with you after all that bullshit.
