I came home and ate a lot of chocolate, cheese, peanut butter and fatty meat. I'm probably five pounds heavier now, but I feel better. :P

Comfort music, too, that's always good! I've had All Bon Jovi All The Time Week going on during the daily commute for the same reason. It just makes me less cranky overall. Tomorrow I'll move to a different, yet to be named, artist. Maybe.
