I just managed to scare Foot enough that she's still on the cat tree while peering into the kitchen carefully.

Why?



Well, I'm the only human in here, right? And although I do my best to remain polite even then...there are some times when passing gas simply just happens.

This time, quite loudly.

Loudly enough that it must have sounded like some sort of weird growl to her, because she started checking out the kitchen from her 'safe' perch with wide little kitty eyes.

Look out, Foot! The Fart Monster is gonna get you!

I used to have a cat who did that. Extra bonus would be that she was often on my lap when she'd let fly...and they were silent as well as stinky.
