So.

Nearly broke my toe while helping mate 'clean' our new roomie's room. (It was help her mother/drill sergeant the poor guy to death or end up in a fight later over it once he'd left for work. Guess what I picked). Now my right little toe is a very, very nice shade of purple, red and dark blue. Kept off my feet and my shoes off for most of the weekend, so not too bad today. Looks awful, not that bad, though. Not broken, anyway.

My furry girl, at last look, was still alive, but curled up in the master bath tub, alternately looking dead and being just awake enough to meow every once in a while. I think she's calling for the taxi, if you know what I mean.

I've started boxing up books I never read any more to be sold at the nearest Half Price Books, including my first gen WoD gaming books. Haven't table topped in years, and if I ever do again, I'll need to buy the new set anyway to keep up with all the 'cool kids'. So, the less stuff I keep that isn't useful to me anymore, the easier everything will be.

Also threw out reams of lyrics and the like from fan-folk music (It's been so long for that hobby that I can't even remember the term for it. Sad. Oh...wait..'filk' music. That's right. XD ). I threw out all the old APA pages I'd saved from various places as well--that's all long gone and buried too. My paper-back collection is getting the axe next. And the pagan books that I don't use, either.

Still keeping the art books though. *g*

Art supplies...I have to sift through those next. See what's dried out and too old to use and toss it.

Yeah, my life is shifting now. We'll see where this all goes.
