I hated growing up in the eighties with that wonderful 'invisible' threat of getting nuked until I glowed.
Really did not want that feeling coming back.
This is why I don't scream as much about the Middle East--they've been doing their little jihads for centuries without resorting to WMD's (despite what Bush said). Yeah, they gas, bomb, strafe, and poison the water. They even light oil fields on fire and use passanger airliners as bombs. But at least it's contained.
You cannot contain a nuclear fallout.
Everyone keeps pointing fingers at the Middle East saying they'll be the ones to bring us all down.
At this point, I'm betting my money on North Korea. Possibly France.

That, and at least with the Middle East, they make it damned clear they're coming for you.
Didn't North Korea say they weren't going to do the tests...before they did the tests?
